6oz dark choc
5 oz butter (1/2 US cup and 2 tablespoons )
10.5 oz caster sugar (1.5 cups)
2.25 oz SR flour (1/2 cup)
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks

pre-heat oven to 200c
Grease 8 ramekins (it makes a lot, but they are just as good next day)

Melt chocolate and butter together in bowl over water or microwave.

Mix sugar and flour together

Add eggs, yolks and chocolate/butter mix and beat until smooth.

Pour into ramekins and bake for 15 mins.

The outside goes cakey and the inner stays very gooey. (It doesn't cook through, so possibly not one for when you are expecting)

Serve with cream.
(The original recipe said turn out and sprinkle with icing sugar, but I found it too squishy)

I won a large box of those Belgian seashell chocolates in a raffle on Friday night, so on Saturday we had the leftover puddings, with extra chocolates shoved in the top. It worked.
