Partly parking this here so I can find them again when I've lost the bit of paper.

Did our chimney yesterday. Rang the day before to confirm the appointment (which was lucky because I'd forgotten to write it down). Did a really thorough and clean and tidy job. Didn't charge for quite a lot of time spent removing the old baffle plate from the stove and fitting the new one.
Highly recommended if you're in the area that they cover.
