Hi,
I am building a simple circular hazel rod/willow weave hut/shelter at a community orchard I manage. Any suggestions on cheap/sustainable and EASY roofing options ? I am essentially a cack-handed townie and not well-versed in Iron Age architecture !

I'd guess thatch or turf, but I'm also a cack-handed townie! What's available locally?
