BW made pizzas this afternoon, and made considerably more dough than he needed.

Do you think the left over dough will still be good tomorrow to make something flatbreaddy?

We roll it out and freeze it, or squish it up in clingfilm and put in fridge.

Yes. But it will also freeze well, even as prepared bases.

I open freeze lumps of pizza-base size portions. As they are about the same size and shape as a bread roll (and in any case the same recipe) this leaves options open for when they come out!
