Loads outside Homebase when I drove past. Maybe I should buy them and sell that at 200% more

Repurposed containers here -
https://www.thetankexchange.com/home.htm
prices inc vat, delivery, lid and tap. Just not a base.
Some building blocks, or prettier a stack of paving slabs?
And don't forget that you need to get the water into the thing. A diverter kit can be simple and neat...

Have you checked out the water company you are with Jamsan. I hvae feeling that Yorkshire Water do some quite cheaply - which may or not be useful info for you My MIL is with them so i might place an order that way.

As long as it doesn't wobble. I used 6 breeze blocks, two to a layer.

What ever you do, make sure it's high enough to get a bucker, watering can, whatever underneath it. Otherwise, if you're especially stupid, you may have to dig a hole under the tap, and look like a right pillock.

I didn't spot the slight flaw until I'd filled my metre cubed container with 1000 litres of water.

I'll get my spade...
