The problem is that food safety took such a priority that "excess waste" was forgotten about. And also marketing is so important too. Easter eggs!!

half a girt smoked eel, bought at the ilchester eel festival, supplied in a black plastic bin bag which was used as a bin bag afterwards. it was lovely
