This is Tilly my3/4 whippet 1/4 greyhound hunting for that last crumb !

A good hunting dog must be like a coiled spring waiting to pounce in a split second

Hunting dogs must be fed on a special diet

And after a long hunt there must be a winding down period.

I thought you softies might like to have a look at these .

I knew that would get you going HW

Tilly is a lovely dog but she is the thickest pooch I've ever had.
I've tried to take her lamping but have a sneaking feeling that she's afraid of the dark

Lovely pictures.

I bought my spaniel 'Working Dog' food but she wouldn't touch it - I think she felt she might have to do something other than snooze!

My OH and I introduced my brother to his now wife. She was the manager of the local Greyhound track.
When we first got married my physio otherhalf set herself up in the evenings treating racing greyhounds with ultra sound as a side line.
The dogs were beautiful but some of the tales about the owners were almost unbelievable
Later perhaps ?
