Well we do use a standard Bulletin Board and Content Management System, so the priniciple is that other people are dealing with the issues around access.

I have certainly tried to be judgemental about colour use from this point fo view, but it is hard to judege how others view things. When mrruty complained about colour from as a vision issue, we instantly changed it.
