We went to deliver a Muscovey Trio the other day and their house is the other side of a farmyard---we couldn't drive for the dogs yapping and running under the wheels---thought we'd killed them twice--give me badly behaved kids any day--I can sort them in a week and they are nicer anyway---[retreating to a bunker ]

oooh-uh

could have been a nasty moment.............for all concerned

whiskey tonight.....doesn't have the same effect on me so not ranting as much

i am sick of people who bring their children up here, mostly girls aged about 10, who think they know everything in the world about ponies and refuse to listen when you tell them that no, they can't go in the stable and saddle up the 16 hands ex 3-day eventer as he is unpredictable ...(she never came back after that)....and i am sorry we don't have any here to ride but we are a pony trust, not a riding school and have problem horses not trekking ponies and throwing a paddy about it won't get you anywhere with me.....

drink anyone?

have to say that often it appears the parents have no say so with their children...they appear to be ruled by the monsters....anyway if i feed the parents to the dogs, the kid won't ever have a ride home....i just smile and move them out of the way, don't make it too comfortable for them and hopefully they don't come back...

at least mrs must have drinks admitted what her dog did.. many would not..

It always stuns me hwo people bring their dogs to our home, even thugh we have a cat, who hates dogs.

Some friends visiting proudly told us how they gave the eggs we had given them (from our own hens) to the dog. They did this as they were worried he might have food poisoning as he was caught eating our sheep lick... firstly.. I doubt sheep lick would poison a dog, and secondly, he should not have been allowed to eat the lick!!!

Yes. Shades of that dreadful woman who writes in the Daily Mail and whose dog killed a lamb.
