If so would you help me with some market research?

Hubby's business stuff......
We have been approached by a national company who are impressed with stuff Jon has done. We are travelling to Liverpool in the near future to discuss a major project they want to fund which will involve Jon's engineering skills and experience.

Basically, I am getting some information together.
If you can help this is what it involves.
1. Ask your butcher if he makes his own pies. If he does, what is name/address of butcher
2. If not, who supplies him? (If you know him well enough)
3. Would he like to be able to make his own pies?

The results will help with our project.
We are very excited.

Thanks
Denise

Mine makes the filling but not the pastry. Things like pork pies, pork & stilton pies, steak pies etc.

A. Ward & Son Family Butchers in Stockton Heath, Warrington. Hand made on the premises. Pork pies to die for, and I may well do so!

E.Grange & Son (Master Pie Makers) of Slaithwaite Huddersfield, not only great pies but with a pastry that I could only wish that I could manage. (that is from our last address in the UK, there are NO pies at all in Bulgaria. Indeed there is no pastry.

Really none, or just not very much?

Banitsa, i.e. filo pastry wrapped round various things like pumpkin and walnuts, or white cheese. Nothing else at all. It is usually either very greasy or dunked in sugar syrup.
