I only went into the garden centre for some seed compost, but I saw some seeds for some unusual aubergines, then a packet of mixed squash and courgettes, then some black tomato seeds!
When will it end!
I had to sneak them in, and pretend we bought them ages ago!

Addict!

We bought seeds that we REALLY didn't need yesterday too, so you're not alone!

me too....

bought seeds online yesterday, from two different places and then had a Thomson and Morgan accident today too which included some seeds and yummu hellibores that won't be delivered until July.

But to be honest...seeds were filling in gaps! T&M had some dwarf runners which might be the answer to our howling costal gales!

Don't inhale the pumpkin ones though. They get stuck in your sinuses.

Hands up, i am an addict too - I must have something like 70 packs of seeds in various stages of use - i have tried various "swaps" but to be honest none of my close friends or relatives will need to buy a single pack of anything this year!

Despite my best intentions I can't go into the garden centre without picking up a pack of something. And the magazines keep giving away loads - but they always seem to be of the same things.

T&M poor poor poor germination, and I mistakenly spent two and a bit quid on their wild primrose seed only to discover later that there were only 50 seeds in the pack - one sneeze and they were gone. I keep trying to like T&M cos they're a local company, but it's not happening.

Suttons seem to be foolproof but i don't know what they expect me to do with 2000 carrots. Maybe they know that my friends and family will need them. Next winter I'll try exploring local firms online, and heritage seed companies too.
