Is there anyone here in the lincs/north notts area that might have some laying hens for sale that are laying iteresting coloured eggs?? Ideally something maran-y and something laying blue eggs. Not worried about breed or hybrids etc but need to be in lay and reasonably priced, happy to take older birds if still laying well. Thanks

If they are still laying well, common sense says that they will be staying where they are.

Lol darn that common sense! The optimist in me is hoping someone might be looking to downsize or replenish stock perhaps? Is that possibly stretching the optimism a little far
