I've just gutted a goose and accidentally popped the gall bladder inside the cavity, is the whole goose wasted or can i still eat the breast and legs?

I would rinse out the cavity under the tap and pat dry.

I would be tempted to de bone it so that the taste does not permeate through the meat. I would def use it straight away to reduce that risk.

The quicker it's washed out, the less it will taint the meat. The problem with bought birds where this has happened is, they don't check, so the meat gets badly tainted.
