Can anybody recomend one ?
Currently using Screwfix JSP version - helmet, ear defenders and clear face visor - like a forestry helmet but with clear visor.

Works fine but a bit cheap construction and I can't find spares.
Ideally looking for one that I can get spares for, as ultimately visor will get scuffed or ears broken off and seems waste to buy complete unit every time.

Do you need the helmet? Would just a browguard and ear defenders be sufficient.

On a tangent, helmets have a 'shelf life' after which they should be replaced anyway. Mainly due to wear and tear but also they gradually get brittle.

I don't need the helmet in the sense that there is a risk to my head, but it does keep my head clean. I wear hat for cutting bricks, general angle grinding, power planning, wet tile cutter etc.
I find it much quicker than seperate goggles, ears and hat, which tend to get tangled if you remove goggles between cuts.
Being a spectacle wearer I don't get on with cotton dust masks and wear a respirator -this fits easily under face shield.
I find machinery hats a more efficient and cleaner way of working.
I wouldn't rule out a brow guard, but as wearing a hard hat doesn't bother me I'd rather go for the clean hair option.

I get some of my working cloths from these, good service but postage is a bit much for 1 item.

That's the job. Cheers.
Spares prices ok - new visor + ears = less than complete unit. I'm sure I can find something else there to justify postage.
