Been a while since we've had a 'what is your current project' thread, and its always lovely to read about all the different things people are making, (especially when the weather, economy, etc are all a bit grim). So, what are you currently making?

Today I am mostly making a silly hat for a Landsknecht, and also making a linen shirt to the 'manly work shirt pattern'. Apparently this also means providing the cat with a lap for extended periods whilst I handsew...

Not much, I'm currently half way through making a 1oz 'casting' fishing lure but I can't find my tubes of paint to finish it with.

Christmas Stocking for a workshop, well at the moment, I am sketching diagrams its still in the working out stage. But I am also procastinating a bit as I am distracted with babysitting a toddler.

I will be starting on my Neice's headband this weekend. I'm going to get the wool on Saturday morning.

I'm making some Scruffy Ponies. I'm sending them away to go on a craft stall to raise funds for Invest in ME

I also have a listing here:
https://www.makemecrafts.com/A-Scruffy-Pony-for-ME.html

And will be adding a few individual listings as they are finished.

I really had great fun with this... I took my memory of the ponies made by my great aunt for me when I was a child - and then fiddled and fiddled with the pattern until they came out just like hers!

Really takes me back. Little nieces love them.

I'm in the middle of making my first quilt, it's going to take a while as I'm handsewing most of it but it's going well so far. I'm using up a whole pile of patchworking squares I've had in my stash for about 25 years.

Making little mice (8 of them all in different colours) to say thank you to a friend for lending me some kitten equipment when we rescued a ferral kitten and didn't have anything for her. After that I'll be finishing off a pair of socks. Nothing else planned after that at the moment but I'm sure something will catch my eye.

I always seem to have cotton wash cloths on the go - easy to pick up and put down.
Just about to start a cover for my phone - going to knit it from some lovely wool gardening-girl has donated to me - and then felt it.

I just finished making a wee bag to keep my Android tablet in. I had planned to use my sewing machine to make it, but the stupid thing continues to cause me countless problems. So I ended up hand sewing it. But I have to admit, I do find hand sewing very therapeutic and I can do it quite neatly. But I would love to learn to use my sewing machine, it's just a pity everything possible goes wrong with it when I try
