We're looking to do more bacon from our GOS next year and wondering what sort of rates people are getting, answers on a postcard below, can you make it clear if it's per kilo or per pound? Thanks

I buy GOS outdoor reared bacon @ £10/Kilo. I don't know if this is competitive, but I know the provenance and quality of the bacon.

the last time we did bacon to sell it was £4 lb. where do you have your bacon made ? or do you do it on site ? the reason i as is we have tried 3 places now and OH still prefers our home cure but he settles for one out of the 3 at a push.

The outdoor reared bacon is £15.71 kg at Tesco.

Tesco, Its £13.20 per kg for Dry Cured here,on the farm.
