Will they rebloom inside? If not will they survive outside in this country?

I'd plant them out once they've stopped flowering. Should do fine. Just treat them as daffs.

Agree with Mochyn.

I've bought similar for my Mum for indoor flowering (not Paper Whites but other delicate narcissi) and they've bloomed and multiplied in their garden in following years.

In the south west they will, in the rest of the country it depends. They can survive a mild winter like this one so far, not a cold one though since they're not too hardy. That's probably why we only see them as indoor bulbs instead of planted in gardens and sold for such purposes.

Mine finished blooming and went outside though, if you cut the storks and leaves too early then you'll just exhaust the bulbs. Leave the leaves on until they die naturally and they should be bloom again next year.
Mine are outside since I have too much in the window already, they should be fine. I'll keep the bulbs in the shed until next winter, but they didn't half stink at first. The smell is overpowering for a few days.
