Are you full up?

Mentioned this to OH last night.

She was very entusiastic for me to get involved.

Including letting me have an air rifle again. (Had one when I was a lot younger).

No disaster if you're full, if it is a success I'm sure others will follow suit.

Not wishing to put a dampner on this, but remember you need to be a good shot with a air rifle and get very close to ensure you get a good kill.

Personally I wouldn't go for bunnies with anything less than a .22 rifle, and I think I'm a fairly good shot.

Others may (and probably will ) disagree, but just my views.

Anyway - have a good and safe time.

Good points, and yes your right, .22 is better, but im not allowed to use anything else apart from air, our health & saftey guy say's so cos it being a holiday park.

When I go shooting on site im normaly only 20ft at most from bunnies, you can get real close to them, so it's a clean shot every time.

When every one comes for the weekend I will be doing a risk assesment with them, as part of the health & saftey for the site, so hopefuly everything will be OK. The h/s guy is also going to tell me how many guns im allowed, I think it's only going to be 4.

It will mainly be ferrets + nets.

At the mention of H/S I found I had a sudden and immediate urge to spit. At first I could'nt understand why, then I remembered the conversation with a friend that owns a garage.

The H/S guy advised that at night when he left the premises that his 2 inspection pits should be covered. When my friend asked why? The H/S man said that if he had a break in, the intruder may fall into one of the pits in the dark and be injured. W----r (thats not winner by the way)

Have got the green like to re-equip this weekend.

OH hadn't relised that I will be turning the back garden into a practice range over Christmas.

Still it will stop the MIL from wandering down the garden unannounced (Her garden backs onto ours)

Guess I will have to rig up some warning lights.
