What is everyone charging for their free range turkeys this christmas?

We have three were selling but not sure about price per kg somewhere between £5 and £8

I'm paying 2.99/lb free range but not organic.

If I thought for a moment that I could get these prices, then i'd fill the place with turkeys!

We're doing ours at £5/kg.
One of our customers even wants to come and pluck & dress hers on site & under supervision

The butcher today offered a days 'butcher experience' to show me how to joint a sheep / cow / pig if I go in one day in the new year

we charge £50 dressed for a good sized stag, then £30-£45 for a hen depending on size. we have a couple of friends who help kill and pluck for the day and they pay £20 each.
