Quotations problem

I'm using Open Office Writer. There's a column on the right which has things like Adressee; Bibliography etc in it and one of the things is Quotations. I'm sure that when I used it yesterday it made the paragraph I wanted it to into a quotations format: that is indented on both sides and in smaller type.

Now it won't do it.

Any ideas?

I'd start with "View", "Toolbars", or something like that.

If things are still going wrong, a Youtube tutorial will probably help.

(Why, this very morning I learnt how to feed dexter cattle in winter!)
