Never made it but I reckon strawberry and elderflower cordial would be nice

Thank you. Both sound interesting. Perhaps few more foodie based ones though. I found a summer pudding recipe, that I am going to try.

wine,

they make a very nice light (10%vol)summer wine .200g fruit per litre with enough sugar to bring the fermented on the pulp liquor up to a suitable sg

or

use lots of fruit and bring the sg up to port levels for a 16/18% pudding wine

or use whatever fruit and adjust the sg for 5/6%abv and brew as a long drink (serve cold with mint leaves)

ps sliced they dehydrate quite well or pulped make ace fruit leather
