So far we have had a week doing something nice for our feet, and a week doing something nice to our legs and bum.

This week your challenge is to find something nice to do to anything normally covered by a pullover, so torso and arms essentially.

Some ideas:
Really good back scrubbing (always nice if you can get help with this!)
Gently exfoliate arms and shoulders
Lots of moisturiser
Quick routine breast check if you havent done one recently
Add 'pulling in tummy muscles every time I think about it' to your daily routine to help with any wobbly bits
Underarm defuzzing if you wish

Any other ideas? Recipes for nice potions for this bit of you?

In my case, some exercises for the "bingo wings" wouldn't come amiss

Thank you Sally, this just made me smile as I did it and everything wobbled rather magnificently

On the underarm defuzzing, a gentle reminder that it is not a good idea to forget you've just done it and apply deodorant afterwards. Not unless you view jumping round your bathroom, flapping your arms like a psychotic chicken and making squeaky noises that only dogs can hear as good and wholesome exercise

Bingo wings. You could do an exercise with a couple a cans.

With a can (not a fizzy drink, I suggest!) in each hand stretch your arms straight up above your head (as though you were reaching for the ceiling) Then bend your arms behind you as though you were going to touch the back of your head (careful! Remember the cans?!) straighten your arms again - alternately or both together. Do it until it aches a bit, and add 20 percent of the repeats tomorrow. Put the cans where-ever you eat, and that will help you to remember to do it three times a day.

Or felting is frightfully good for the same muscles, if you prefer something functional!

Remind me to see if I have any exercise bands lurking about (I could pinch you some from work if I was working!) and show you some shoulder girdle exercises.

I'm achieving this in stages this week. I've been moisturising arms and elbows and done a routine breast check. Thanks for suggesting that as its one of those things I know I should do but rarely ever remember. The intention is to try out the new epilator's detail attachment on my underarms later this week. Also thanks for the tip about swimming backstroke, once I get my subscription to the pool I will definitely try this.

I heard it can be quite painfull under the arms so not tried mine on them yet. I had ago with a pair of tweezers before I got my epilator, plucked one hair, swore like a trooper then made a grab for razor and shaving foam

I got the loofah out and had a good scrub from ankles to neck - reckon that sorts out both Weeks 2 and 3.
Also bought a hoof implement and made a start on Week 1.
