As the new F1 seasons draws near my hubby has set me a challenge. On racing weekends instead of having the traditional Sunday Roast we are going to attempt to have a dish from the country of that weeks race.

Has anyone got any ideas or recipes that might help me in my quest?
My kids aren't fussy they'll eat anything, but I'm not keen on fish and hubby dosen't like anything too hot.

The First race is suposed to be in Bahrain on 13th March but this may be cancelled due to the current unrest.

The folling race will be on 27th March in Australia.

I know pavlovas a favourite Down Under but never thought about anything like minced beef pie.

Thinks it may be a bit cold for the BBQ

They sell hot minced beef pies in most little corner shops and newsagents, or they used to anyway, you anoint them with ketchup and rub it into the pastry with your finger before wolfing them down.
