I'm taking Isabella to get her first jabs tomorrow. My Irish Setter expert in the States is advising separate inoculations spread over several days rather than a combined dose but I think that'll be an unknown concept at our village vets.
Any views on this? I know we have several qualified veterinary people here
And for those who love puppy pictures . . . introducing Bella

she is sweet, mum's dog bertie had the all in one jab, he seemed perfectly fine afterwards, bit sore in the jab area.

Mihto's the person to ask. Might be worth PMing her since she's not always around.
Personally (obviously this is anecdotal and not proper evidence) I've never known a dog have problems with combined vaccines. Separate vaccines are more profitable.

She is gorgeous
I would just get the 'all in one' vaccine done, complications are very rare x

Our 9 wk old pup, Merlin has just had his 1st jab. we discussed with our vet separates or combined jab and were advised the combined, so plumped for that.

If anyone else is interested in puppy photos - introducing Merlin!
