The list of workshops can be found here.

I am assuming that I now have final numbers so we can organise the food. This is a work in progress!

For the bring and share lunch on Saturday

Bread
Cheese (to be kept well away from Cir3ngirl)
pork pie - GG
nut roast - gil
Quiche - Chickem
cheese and onion bread - Buzzy
lentil bake -Fee
Jellies and the like - Gil
Cake - lots of people, but you can't have too much!
Flat breads (aka food of the gods) - Gareth

For Saturday night
Lamb tagine
smoked chicken
roasted veggie babs
couscous

Sunday breakfast
Alison's sausages and eggs

Sunday lunch
Left overs - there will be lots!

Gareth will make flatbreads at a suitable moment, but generally we eat those as they come off the hotplate, so best not plan on those for a major meal component

How about you and Buzzy do a bread workshop for bread for Sunday? I'll bring (nice) baker's stuff for the first meal and you lot can do the artisinal stuff over the saturday. All that kneading and knocking up takes time I believe. (and I'm rubbish at it so would like to learn)

I am not very scientific ... I tend to do either one lump of bread or lots of small lumps. But I don't mind giving it go if people want to. Or acting as second fiddle to Buzzy ... sounds like he's more betterer than me!
