This has been annoying me for years, it was right in the original design, but for ages there have been border anomalies.
"User Status" at the top left of the forum is an obvious example.
I'm sure it is a css issue, as things did once align right, so it not down to some of the anomalies in the html.
Are there any CSS experts out there? I have just spent another 45 minutes trying to correct things without success. |

Have you got a background colour on the cell (or box/table) and on the font?
That sometimes gives you that annoying overlap.
...or can you tweak the padding, so that it covers the extra few pixels at the bottom.
