Hi you lot!
Gawd, it's been ages.... I had a pc death a few months ago and lost all my bookmarks, log ins etc. Then forgot some of the places I only visited infrequently. Sorry...
Then life got stupidly busy and, well, there's no excuse really, is there?

So, me, my 2 kids, 1 guinea pig, 5 fish and 3 chickens are trying to sort out relocating to South Wales. The humans, guinea pig and fish are all fine and can be transported, fed and housed easily. The hens will move with us, assuming we're allowed hens in the new place and I'll find that out next week. We have the coop and run and a man with a van who is happy to put them in with the furniture.

But I'm finding it difficult to locate anywhere I'll be able to get layers pellets and corn to feed them when we get there.

It's going to be at least a couple of months at the very soonest so I have a bit of time to find a supplier, and I can make sure we have a full sack to take with us. We'll be in or near to Neath, possibly Swansea, when we go. Any suggestions?

I use Zoars, but there are loads of CountryWide stores such as Cardiff (Wenvoe) Bridgend etc

We're looking in and around Neath/Port Talbot and we were down there last week and drove past at least 2 places that had chicken feed and supplies.

Good to know there's choice though.

You will not be that far from me, I would recommend HFS in Bridgend. Your local feed merchant in Neath is probably the most expensive around.

Arthur Johns in Cowbridge are Excellent but a bit to far I would have thought. You could attend the farmers market in their car park on the 1st and 3rd Saturday and pick up your feed at the same time.

I Sell free range poultry at the Market which is very well attended by traders and customers.

Hope you settle in well.

Mark.
