so where can I get one? Does anyone know if Rita is still selling them?

I think she is (she used to be on a forum I was also on back in the day so to speak!) - at fannyfunnels.co.uk - worth a call perhaps as they look to be a good fiver less than Boots' price

And as for the diaphragm issues, somehow i can't imagine being too lusty after that! Hehe!

Well those days are behind me now, but don't do as I once did and absentmindedly inserted it the wrong way round...ie narrow end first

It was UNBELIEVABLY difficult to remove!!!

There's only two sizes. If you have had something the size of a basketball squeezed out at any point you use the larger one. If you haven't had a baby or were unzipped you you use the smaller one. In theory. I know some people go back to using their small one after having a baby in the traditional way.

Can't you just *tell* that Mandy is a Biology teacher? Clear, fact-based information, delivered in a no nonsense fashion...

The basketball analogy still made we wince, though.

I do it's easier and not as horrible as it sounds once you get used to it, and you save a fortune in sanitary protection products and reduce the environmental impact.

I've only just noticed that the larger size Mooncup is recommended for all women over 30, whether they've given birth or not (I haven't). Is that why I'm experiencing leakage with my smaller-size one? I'm 38.

Possibly - I think it varies a bit on your own size. I am still using my smaller size after a vaginal delivery and being thirty five and its fine. I only had a 5lb rugby ball, and have to breathe in to top 5 feet, though.

Aeolienne, you need to trade it for a Moonbucket (tm) (TMI)
