Tractor for sale:

Ford 4610, 4 wheel drive, with Quicke power loader and muck fork (and possibly bucket as well).
Tatty but reliable. Always starts first time.
Ideal all-round workhorse for smallholding or small farm, or make good yard tractor on big farm.
Low hours for age, but I'm not sure exactly what hours it's done, as the clock stopped a couple of years ago!

There is a bit of work needs doing, which I will get done before I part with it.

I don't want to buy a tractor, but you almost smell the hay from that last photo.

That last picture takes me back to when we had the farm. Same type of tractor, same type of baler but my dad didn't have a beard or wear a cap.

I bought a tractor last week but during my search for one ,it became apparent that due to the weakness of the pound, many of the small tractors that are about in the UK are being snapped up and shipped abroad.

I would love a small tractor, I have had to have large round hay bales the last 2 years and they are a nightmare, how nice to be able to grab one and drive it out to the field!

Also for mucking out, I use deep litter for the goats and spring cleaning is a nightmare - I bet I could get 10 barrow loads in the bucket...

The fields could really do with harrowing....

Only 3 problems;
1) It is a long way to transport it to Essex
2) I probably can't afford it
3) I have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever so if it stopped working I would be scuppered :/

I'd be better borrowing one a few months of the year...

Transport can be arranged - our replacement is coming from Lincolnshire.

No, it's a baler, wooflers are inline (rather than offset) & yellow.
