Those are totally stunning! Perhaps I'll get my ears re-pierced.

I let the piercings close over a dozen or more years ago due to lack of use when I was too busy with all the little-uns! LOL.

So if I brave the re-piercing then the next thing would be WHICH pair... I really do like them....

..... wanders off contemplating painful piercing thoughts.

Are you sure they are closed? I understood that they never fully close once they've healed.

That's what I find.
I've left mine for period of years and months and can usually, with a bit of persuasion, get a fie wire through them.

Much less painful than re-piercing.

it depends on where the hole was and the state of the tunnel when last used

the tip of a knitting needle (saw off the long bit and work it in over a few days )works a treat for stretching holes

Daft question, how heavy are they?

Love them, but can't wear heavy earrings......

They are very light...only about 1 1/2" long, with small cabs...they weigh about the same as a 5 pence piece

Theyare smaller than the other photo suggests. And a five pence piece is an ok weight for my ears.
They are very nice. I will count my pennies tonight and get back to you....
