Hi, i made some cheese with my son and wo have about a pint of whey left, i know you can use it in baking but the only recipies i can find use whey powder. If anyone has any recipies i would be most grateful.Thanks

When you use it in baking...forget it is whey..and use it as 'liquid' in you recipes..so if it calls pint of water, pint of whey does the job.
I usually use my whey up by making bread.

It can be used to make ricotta - save it by freezing it until you have enough. Also use in soups, to mix bread and scone dough with too. Traditionally fermented in Shetland as an alcoholic drink - blaaand - my experimental one got poured down the sink by someone who shall remain nameless

Use it anywhere you'd use milk. You can also cook rice in it, but keep a close eye on it as it's more liable to burn than with water.
