And don't forget to say Happy Birthday to M-J if she's there.

I've had a bizarrely fragmented text from MJ - it sounds as if her phone is playing up. Has she pitched up yet?

Sadly no M J yet.
A real shame because she missed the smalest but best set Attila has ever done.
Feeling very blessed to be in such great surroundings and fabulous compant.
Raising a glass or three to absent friends.

Have safely put the last guests on the train and all is well

The beer arrived safely bringing Mochyn and Gordon and his cider!!!!which everyone had to have a little more of...it is a bit dangerous as it makes your torch meander .....
Hope MJ is ok...
It was once again an excellent weekend with plenty of laughter and making new friends...
time to collaspe on the sofa for five minutes and enjoy the echoes of the weekend...
sending love to all...fingers crossed for things getting better.x

It was a lovely weekend, I had a great time and so did the Sherbling. I really enjoyed getting to meet people and there was such a lovely atmosphere. And in the end I did actually finish mending my jumper so maybe now it will last another 20 years

Safely home and slightly rested after an absolutely fabulous weekend.
Thank you everyone.
Thank You Ginkotree for your hospitality, the amazing decorations the beef cooking and for enjoying yourself so much. Please thank Nick for his technical wizardry and the recording.
Thank you Bibster for bringing the beef, and thank you Ty Gwyn for providing it.
Thank you Mochyn and the Old Chap for sorting beer at the last minute, and especially for the cider. I think Attila the Stockbroker may have mentioned the fact that he liked it.
Thank You everyone for the lovely food and cake, and for mucking in with the tidying and washing up.
It was great to see you all, and to meet new friends, and it was lovely the way you all made our friends welcome.

Hi Snowball et al...

I'm dreadfully sorry that I couldn't make it. I was actually in Carmarthen, less than a mile from you, with every intention of pitching up afterwards. When I got back to the car, there were 8 missed calls on my phone - mum had fallen. So I drove straight back to Cardigan to see her. (She's wobbly and bruised, but okay. She hit her head, but the doc doesn't seem unduly worried by this - she's 90 next birthday). By the time I'd finished there, it was late and I was too exhausted to drive all the way back down again, so went home. My mobile wasn't working properly (as Chez and Jamanda will testify), nor could I get onto DS!
Grrrrr...

Anyway, I hope you had a wonderful time and I am so sorry to have missed it all. xx
