Can anyone recommend a good one?

I don't want to order one of Amazon and discover it is full of weird American ingredients I can't get here (like one or two of the GF books I have!)

I had a 'raw' chocolate 'cheese'cake at the weekend and it was amazing, it had raw cacao, avocado, and coconut oil in and a nice seedy base. I've had this particular sort of cake recipe mentioned to me before, but was really hesitant to make it, as it sound expensive if we all thought it was vile and ended up in the bin! When I saw it in a cafe, the girls and I decided to give it a whirl, OMG it was amazing, really silky and just so intensely flavoured. I thought I might give that, and a few other things a go in the market over the summer....

There are normally a few recipe leaflets kicking around independent health food shops / co-ops that sell Suma stuff. I have some ripped out pages from an old Raw/Vegan magazine if you want me to type them up at all? What kind of thing were you thinking?

Well I'd love to nail that choc cheesecake recipe...

Some sort of seed/nut bars? Cake? Stuff that would sell on a cake stall but not be too expensive!
