As long as the temp of the contents of my bottles reaches 75 degrees, then I'm happy it's pasteurised. It's not the same as just processing in a water bath.

Oh, for sure. Just pointing out it might not pass the test for Pasteurisation if people were to do it to keep EHO type people happy.
