Only if you catch the peeler in the chuck. I would be more concerned of the mess it makes in a domestic kitchen.

If anybody shows this to Boris I might just be driven to mass murder. Or at least two related slayings, Boris for the mess and the barmpot who gave him the idea. I'm going to try it when he's not looking though but outside.

I was thinking more of the acid in the apple. Don't shredders used for Apple crushing suffer? Or am I overreacting a bit? I'm going to try it when I next have a whole lot of apples (next year, now. What terrible timing!

It didn't look that messy, though. I know there was an untidy pile of peelings, but it didn't look horrendous. I noticed he was careful to keep the apple low, though.
