I guess it depends what you are looking for. I have an Eko mincer/sausage stuffer/biscuit maker from sausagemaking.org. it is electric, quite noisy and about 80 quid.

I know I am quite tempted by dedicated machines for mincing/stuffing. I am not convinced Kenwood attachments cut the mustard.
