Hmmm. It was kapenta that was mainly eaten with nschima on the copperbelt...

There is something particularly Zambian about this sentence from the linked page:

I had a phone call from a friend this morning complaining about mice. Shall I phone her back and give a few receipes??



I'll eat most things so I might give mouse a try sometime..
