I currently maintain these two small websites (one for a friend, the other for a local community choir):
https://ipsi-therapy.co.uk/
https://otleysingers.org.uk/

Both are Perl based using a mysql database. Each has an Admin set of pages that facilitate a simple CMS to add/update articles/pages, etc.
The sites are hosted via my account with Positive Internet - I sub-let some of the space to the two websites. I've been with Positive for 12 years or more and their support is second to none - I even know the names of the people who work there.

As I'm not going to be around much longer I want to find if possible someone to take over the hosting of the sites and the maintenance too.

In theory there would be very little adaptation needed for the sites to run on a different server - just the mysql login and the #! changed.

The Otley Singers pay me £15 per month retainer to add new song parts as/when required - these are in the form of mp3 & pdf files.

The ipsi-therapy people just pay me an hourly rate for any changes they need - but this is rare.

Any domain name/hosting chaarges are passed on to both parties.

Do you know anyone who could/might be interested in taking over these sites?

That bit is Greek to me, otherwise I might hesitantly put my hand up for it.
Get back to me if you're stuck: it's high time I learned a bit of Greek.

Come on now that is not the attitude to take: at least throw a "might" in there and don't be so certain.
