I have some milk kefir that is multiplying rapidly. Does anyone want any for free? I can deliver (by bike) to mid Suffolk/Essex border area.

hello, umm , much like Olaf it might be best to limit it to what you need and dispatch tiny amounts if folk need it.
dont ask Nick how his culture delivery went

microbiology pah ,you get one as a pet and soon there are billions of em.

im not sure about your pets but Olaf my wild collected yeast/bacterial symbiosis for fermenting flour can cope with being dried which is quite handy .

It's fermented milk, a bit like a thin yogurt.

I meant to say milk kefir grains.

Hadn't thought of that. Might be useful as a back-up. Seems they stay viable for a year dried or frozen.
