Hi ladies - thanks for that - yes, I am still here and trying harder than ever to hold onto the work/life/chocolate balance...

I am indeed in sunny Dorset and there is a nice pink sky out there right now - must go get me washing in.

All is set for the National Downshifting Week 2006 tour and bizarrely enough, the winner of the Eco-Hero Awards should come right in the middle of it...my fingers are crossed.....I am up against 4 blokes and would love to fly the green flag for we girls!

I have a piece going up on the BBC's Green Room shortly about sustainable living - will post a link here when it's up....now I really must get off and go write it

Hi all,

NDW is going really well and I have spoken to some great people who are actively taking life down a gear.

I am doing a breakfast radio thing tomorrow and have a 6.30am start! but my most exciting radio scoop is 5 mins on Sunday with Johnnie Walker on Radio 2 .....the man's a legend.

Will you be on Radio 5, Tracey?

I think I am doing something with 5 Live, but haven't got a time yet.

UK stuff - tomorrow morning BBC 3 Counties, Oneword Friday or Saturday), BBC Radio Ulster on Saturday morning, Radio 2 Sunday...

I like radio, you don't have to brush yer hair...
