Well after a week of "is she/isn't she in labour", we are now the very proud grandparents of 10 beautiful GOS piglets!

Born this evening in around an hour and a half!

They look good and healthy, and mum has a nice clean bed to sleep it off on.

All the best

I've stared at the photo.

Why have you had to (badly) photoshop the mum's head on? Is there something you're trying to hide?

Woo, GM rare breeds. It's sure to catch on! All the benefits of GM, coupled seamlessly (yeah, right), with traditional breeds. A simple cut and shut porker.

A smashing photo.
GOS were the pigs that we had and the 'nicklets' look an even and well contented litter.

Congratulations - are they all doing well?

PS You have just saved the bacon of Henrietta and Octavia - they were on final warnings for escaping and eating my vegetable patch but seeing that may get a second (???) chance!
