Which is the best way to go, SBS or OU? Going to be used for rough shooting and some clays, personally shot both and was fine with either, as I am on a budget I expect I will take either at the right price but is there any real difference between the two?

Still waiting for my certificate but if anyone thinking of selling one let me know.

Not a vast difference, to be honest. OU can be easier to 'point', while SS is often a tad lighter and easier to carry around on the arm for a few hours as the barrels spread the weight.
Many OUs have multichokes, which can be useful if you vary your shooting. Few SSs have them. I've always had SSs, but the other 'arf has an OU, which I tend to 'borrow' quite a lot!

SBS are more aesthetically appealing, IMHO. Practically I have no opinion to offer, since my extremely limited shot-gunning experience was with a single barrel.

O/U or semi as it`s a single sight plane and less felt recoil from 1st shot and therefore less barrel flip for 2nd shot.

Multi choke,3" chambers and no faffing on with aesthetics ......magic.
