I told you "how" some weeks back. Select the image then click it again to get the "love handles" then simply drag the handles until you have a rounded box

Or more technically - draw your square box, select it with the pick tool, then pull in one on the black corner markers until your corners are of a satisfying roundness

Must admit I prefer the love handles bit though....
