We picked up a load at the tip (sorry recycling centre), and they are often on freecycle.

6 demijohns of sloe, clearing after second racking (yes, they're late. No, I don't care.)
4 demijohns of plum (one of which smells a tad... odd)
1 demijohn of lemonbalm (waiting to be bottled)
2 demijohns of white ginger (ditto)
2 demijohns of rosehip, clearing and awaiting bottling
2 2-litre bottles of elderflower champagne, ever so fizzy and utterly gorgeous

Hoping to try making some beer for the first time shortly - anyone got any recipes to pass on? We've been reliably informed that we can sidestep the need for a pressurised thingy, and just sling it in a bucket...

Can't remember - they were last seen at the back of the cloakroom... At least they haven't exploded or spilled over or anything but who knows

Not much!

Moving house not conducive to demijohns really (especially with the way the blokes hoiked boxes around )

About to start some clover off though, bucket sterilising as we speak. Probably about due for some more mead, maybe a metheglin this time.

Any suggestions for something speedy to boost the stocks?

Just racked off the rose petal wine; starting some parsnip (very last of the English parshnips here, bought very cheaply in the shop) and some chilli wine today, and another 4 gallons of simple beer.
Also want to go out and pick honeysuckle - that made a very lovely wine, and there is a lot of it this year. Lots bubbling away in the cupboard, and we found some bottles of forgotten dandelion last night, so made a small inroad into that - quite good.

Soon time for the elderberries, so need to get racking to make sure there are enough free demijohns for the wine and port. My white elder is promising to produce a lot of fruit this year, so white elderberry should be on the cards.
Lastly, I need to clear out the jam cupboard, and leftovers will go into another bucket.

Like the idea of the honeysuckle, Sarah - would you have a recipe you could share? Likewise the chilli - we're growing chillis this year as if they're going out of fashion, so I quite like the idea of wine -- !
