Doesn't Downsizer do B.S.T., then? Please could someone fix the clock.

I don't think RC does either, it's just the nature of the software that runs the forums.

MOst forums tend to assume that they are global and therefore leave it to the individual set their own timezone. In all fairness it would be hard for a forum to actually deal with daylight savings time schemes across all Countries.

Well, we don't all know about these things, do we? Maybe a post in here from those who do the Admin would have helped.

What I want to know is why our telephone system at work never changes to BST automatically until AFTER I adjust it manually

Probably, must confess it caught me out, I did see the issue, and altered the global setting assuming that would fix it for everyone, and then paid it no more attention until TC bought it up here.
