I've got some labels from PC world (3x7 on a page), and I want to use Word to print on them. i have dim and distant memories of using a template to do this. But, they are too faded to be of help. Help me! (please...)

If you have word 2007 you can go to
mailing
then
labels

You can choose the size & layout & then either a page of one address or to print one label at a time.

This is an Avery L7160 or J8160 label template for office 2k (or STAP21 if you buy from staples) 3x7 standard size labels. I can't guarantee it'll fit yours but it's possibly worth a look..

Perfect, thanks, Justme.

That allows plain text. There must be a way to do colours, and different fonts?

If when you are in labels you click on "New Document" it will create an A4 page with the labels shown on it and you can use all of Words normal functionality to insert logos, vary fonts, etc.
