I'd like to make a childrens playhouse for the kids to play in outside. Ideally I'd like an outdoor compatible/ hardwearing and capable of being made weatherproof type of MDF, or high grade chipboard. I can then cut nice shapes in it and its non splintery (and maybe cheaper).

Needs also to be pretty strong for kids to trample about in, and obviously FSC/ ethical or/and as carbon neutral as possible.

What should i be using?
