Took long enough. I think I started it about three years ago. Looks much nicer fulled.

Looks lovely and much better fulled otherwise it would have gradually gone all baggy and shapeless on you.

The pattern was in 1000 sweaters (I think) I'll be happy to lend it to you, if you like. The yarn is from a lady who piles yarn to order. She does sell some on ebay, but she will do you a plied yarn in whatever fibre and colours you choose - she'll send you several samples, and then tweak them if they're not what you want. She's really lovely - you can find her at www.yarncreations.co.uk

ooo they look nice I've just been eyeing up some alpaca yarn and had to walk away from the stall before I spent a small fortune

1000 sweaters sounds like a collection it would take a while to get through! is that a book?

it looks great, really well done (do you have a replacement 'refuses to be finished' project to take its place )

The watering system? Or possibly a sock.

Looking on the bright side, I got lots of things done while avoiding the cardigan! I think I need something to avoid to get other stuff I might ignore done. A bit like the lesser evil housework getting done while you avoid revision........

I've been a very bad girl and started the Weasly Jumper, instead of finishing the raglan or the sock. But it is the weekend. And decided on lots of things to cast on for........

It's BEAUTIFUL!

I feel a strange sense of loss, though...

I've just cast on for a big jumper, so probably that will make the perennial 'to do' list!

That's lovely, WW. You have almost inspired me to resume the cardi I am knitting for my sister's 40th birthday. (Which was last April ).
