What is the best way to freeze them please?

I beat them together in threes, stick them in a small plastic bag and freeze a lot together in a long container. Three suits me for cakes, scrambled egg. You could freeze the amount you think would be useful.

i beat them and put them in a pot, labelled how many. i do some singles as well as 2s and 3s.

Use a muffin tray lined with muffin cases. One egg per muffin case.

Show off - just because you have an excess of eggs to freeze . I'm just getting one duck agg a day (and I reckon that will stop soon) and about 2 eggs a week. I have threatened the chooks with the freezer but it made no difference

I'm getting between 1 and 3 a day, not enough to sell to all my regulars, slightly too many to eat all by myself!

I'm getting 12 a day plus anything from 1 to 7 duck eggs a day.

None since August from the chickens - red mite infestation we didn't spot probably put them off, then the weather was frightful. Then just one of this year's hatching started laying - in the neighbour across the road's hedge. We heard her at it one day, found egg shells but never any eggs. She stopped ages back.
THEN - the geese started laying in September. Over 20 eggs. Still have the last three in the fridge - old but very good for cakes. 5 to 6 oz eggs mean a BIG sponge cake.

The brand new ducks laid about 4 eggs and stopped.

Some of the young cockerels have started taking an interest in the hens, so we wonder if there is some hint of egg laying about to start again. (Cockerels have been crowing for weeks before taking an interest in hens.) There will shortly be fewer interested cockerels.

we are getting 2 or 3 a day, but are not selling any now, so we have too many for our own needs.

We are getting between 6 and 10 a day. I'm selling a few, swapping/bartering/giving away others. I have pickled them, used them in every imaginable way for eating and will now freeze them. I'm reluctant to start finding new customers for them at this time of year in case they suddenly stop laying.

My hens have forgotten what an egg looks like They have assumed the roles of big budgies. I wish they were budgies, they be cheaper to keep and wouldn't keep cra**ing on my doorstep.

More than we are. Why can't someone invent a hen that lays through the winter, and takes the summer off. I had millions to give away in May, and now, not a one for months (I probably should have frozen them, but it's their first winter in lay, and I was expecting some Bah!)
