ki has just eaten about a quarter of a huge crisp onion ,loves em peeled and eaten by shredding

Gizmo (a jack russell / yorkie cross) used to love pickled onions and extra strong mints, but not both at the same time. Been gone getting on for 10 years now but I still miss him.

will observe ,thanks ,recon about no more than 100g in a 15kg saluki so hoofs crossed not too horrid ,i wonder if she will do vomit under the duvet again beasts ,daft as brushes ,

i cant find an ld50 onion / canine reference she looks very content having added a bit of veg to her pound of flesh i wont panic but i will watch and i may wear goretex pajamas

Original question - Yes! Potato peelings regularly removed from the pig bin ( name stuck around longer than the pigs... ) and relocated all over the place. Mihto - they are desperately attracted to anything they shouldn't have - chocolate, onion, grapes... Most drawn by exotic fragranced items also - I have a very good relationship with my vet god bless her

I'm glad to hear that

I no longer work with pets. Dogs with strange affinities did pose a problem. The worst were those addicted to eating gravel.

I suppose that dogs are like children: they have plenty of antics but mostly survive

Missed gravel on the list of forbidden foods (Feral kids and hounds doing just fine ) Pet owners by far worse than the pets

re gravel
the last two homegrowns i kept had a sand thing

i was sea fishing and decided to try tinned anchovies in a bamboo section float ,recon oil got on the sand ,they must have eaten lots of sand while i was busy ,once they had dealt with the first kilo or so by vomiting and the salt content of their insides with lots of water the other few kilos left backwards over a week or so

they missed a regular worming by that tactic

maybe i should have panicked but the words "darwin award foolhounds "were ringing in my ears
